Best aspects were the friendly staff and beautifully decorated communal areas. The location was key as it was only a short walk from the main square and easy to find. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, and offered a great start to each day of exploring.
The noisy surrounding area and slightly uncomfortable beds. We had a bit of difficulty sleeping due to outside noise, though the atmosphere within the hotel made up for it.

Had an amazing experience during Thanksgiving at this hotel. the location was perfect, as it was close to most attractions. the staff were incredibly hospitable and provided great breakfast every day. We also enjoyed daily cleaning, which made our stay more comfortable. Best aspects: the coffee was the best we've ever had! the rooms were cozy, and we felt like we were at home. the staff organized a late-night pick-up for us from the airport, which made our arrival less stressful. they arranged for a caleche and a driver to take us around the city, which made exploring more convenient.
the water pressure in the bathroom was low, and we had to wait for the water to heat up.
